AUSSERORDENTLICHE MITGLIEDER-VOLLVERSAMMLUNG – ASSEMBLEA STRAORDINARIA DEI SOCI
Liebe Mitglieder, Cari soci,
wir laden Euch herzlich zur ausserordentlichen Mitgliedervollversammlung am Montag, 18. November 2019 im ost west club, Passeirergasse 29 Meran, ein.
Vi invitiamo cordialmente all’assemblea straordinaria dei soci che si svolgerà lunedì 18 novembre 2019 al club est ovest, in Vicolo Passiria 29, a Merano.
1. Einberufung | 1a convocazione: ore 18.30 Uhr
2. Einberufung | 2a convocazione: ore 19.30 Uhr
Die erste Einberufung findet um 18.30 Uhr statt. Sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend sein, so wird die Vollversammlung in 2. Einberufung auf 19.30 Uhr angesetzt und ist in jedem Fall beschlussfähig.
La prima convocazione avrà luogo alle ore 18.30. Nel caso in cui a quell’ora non dovesse essere presente più della metà dei soci, avrà luogo una seconda convocazione alle ore 19.30, che in ogni caso sarà atta a deliberare.
TAGESORDNUNG
1.) Begrüßung;
2.) Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit;
3.) Ernennung der Stimmzähler;
4.) Wahl zweier neuer Vorstandsmitglieder
5.) Vorschlag und Abstimmung über neue Mitgliedsbeiträge;
6.) Aktueller Stand neues Vereinslokals;
7.) Allfälliges.
ORDINE DEL GIORNO
1.) Saluto;
2.) Constatazione del numero legale per deliberare;
3.) Nomina degli scrutinatori;
4.) Elezione di due nuovi membri del Consiglio Direttivo;
5.) Proposta e approvazione delle nuove quote associative;
6.) Stato attuale nuovo locale associativo;
7.) Varie ed eventuali.
IMPORTANT: Per partecipare a tutti gli eventi est ovest bisogna essere soci. Einlass nur mit gültiger Mitgliedskarte 2019!
